The Mouse ACCUArray™ provides a high resolution platform for CGH-based analysis of the mouse genome.

  • 6,500 RPCI-23 and RPCI-24 BAC representations as targets
  • An average 0.5 Mb level of resolution
  • Ability to detect 175 Kb deletions or gains
  • Sequence verified

This mouse BAC array is great tool for accessing copy number aberrations in the mouse genome. The 0.5mb resolution allows for copy number determinations observed most frequently in mouse models of cancer as well as an efficient means to determine ES cell genome stability.
