The Mouse ACCUArray provides a high resolution platform for CGH-based analysis of the mouse genome. This mouse BAC array is a great tool for accessing copy number aberrations in the genome. The resolution allows for copy number determinations observed most frequently in mouse models of cancer as well as an efficient means to determine ES cell genome stability.

Optimal Quality Control: All DNA and labeled probes are measured for quantity and quality on a NanoDrop UV spectrometer prior to processing.
