Empire Genomics manufactures high quality human BAC arrayed slides for array Comparative Genomic Hybridization (aCGH). aCGH utilizes discrete segments of DNA as immobilized targets to assess relative DNA copy number changes between two different fluorescently labeled DNA samples. aCGH provides a tremendous opportunity for the discovery of genomic aberrations related to numerous disease states including cancer, autism, schizophrenia, mental retardation and several congenital abnormalities. Our Human ACCUArray™ is a whole-genome, human male RPCI-11 BAC array with 160kb resolution. In addition, custom arrays are available for any of the 20 organisms maintained in the Empire Genomics clones collection. These high quality BAC arrays offer ease of use, manageable data sets, and high resolution. The BAC clones are spotted in duplicate on the arrays for quality purposes and statistical replication.

Human ACCUArray™
The Human ACCUArray™ provides a high resolution platform for CGH-based analysis of the entire human genome.
19,000 RPCI-11 BAC (Bacterial Artificial Chromosome) clones in duplicate

This human BAC array is great for quick determination of amplifications, deletions and abnormalities in the genome. The 0.5mb resolution allows for copy number determinations observed most frequently in cancer as well as syndromes associated with aneuploidy (Down Syndrome, Turners syndrome, Trisomy 13, Trisomy 18, etc.).
Mouse ACCUArray™
The Mouse ACCUArray™ provides a high resolution platform for CGH-based analysis of the mouse genome.
6,500 RPCI-23 and RPCI-24 BAC representations as targets
An average 0.5 Mb level of resolution
Ability to detect 175 Kb deletions or gains
Sequence verified
This mouse BAC array is great tool for accessing copy number aberrations in the mouse genome. The 0.5mb resolution allows for copy number determinations observed most frequently in mouse models of cancer as well as an efficient means to determine ES cell genome stability.
