ME1-SNAP91 Fusion FISH Probe

The ME1-SNAP91 Fusion FISH Probe is used to confirm a fusion of the ME1 and SNAP91 genes. The fusion of the ME1 and SNAP91 genes has been associated with Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma, and Stomach Adenocarcinoma. The activity of this enzyme, the reversible oxidative decarboxylation of malate, links the glycolytic and citric acid cycles. The regulation of expression for this gene is complex.
